I'm a UX and service designer with a Master of Design Engineering from McMaster. I've partnered with a hospital, a university, and a city to untangle the journeys people get lost in, from finding a clinic to choosing courses to cycling across town.

My work starts with research: interviews, walkthroughs and usability testing. From there I move to journey maps, prototypes and pilots. My hospital wayfinding project earned a distinction from St. Joseph's and was accepted for a potential pilot.
